It is formulated to warm muscles prior to exercise, may help prevent injury, may assist muscle recovery and minor sporting injuries. 

Best option for those preferring to massage deeply into sore or aching muscles, ligaments and tendons.
Wash hands with warm, soapy water after use.

Directions:
Apply topically, up to 5 applications within a 24 hour period. For best results, apply a generous amount of X-ZONE, then massage deeply into the target area(s). Amount will vary depending on the size of the muscle group/target area - generally between 1-5ml per application. To optimise efficacy, open the pores of the skin prior to application, either via exercise, a hot shower/bath, sauna or heated wheat bag.

Arnica Essential Oil, Arnica Tincture, Camphor Essential Oil, Cayenne Tincture, Clove Essential Oil, Clove tincture, Cocoa Butter, Deionised water, Glycerine, Menthol, Spearmint Essential Oil, Witchhazel, combined with First Light® Flower Essences of New Zealand.
