DPP-IV, is able to break down an exorphin peptide (a protein) believed to be a contributing factor in gluten and casein intolerance. GlutenEase may also be used by those who wish to remain on the gluten-free, casein free diet to ensure complete breakdown of proteins safely and effectively.
