Active Ingredients: Each Gelatin Capsule contains:   Evening Primrose Oil (Providing GLA gamma-linolenic acid 100mg) 1000mg   No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.   Dosage: Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as professionally advised.   Capsules may be pierced and the oil applied directly to dry skin.   Warnings: Not suitable for people with epilepsy.
