Chest Clear 250ml Harker Herbals

Chest Clear supports clear and settled airways in the upper lungs and throat. A Malcolm Harker original tonic, it settles dry tickly airways and soothes tender chests, easing the urge to clear the throat. Includes peppermint, eucalyptus, cedarwood and menthol to provide fast-acting support for clear airways and relaxed breathing.

Use with Chest Rub to soothe the overworked chest and release warming essential oils into the tissues.

 Malcolm recommended:

• taking this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea
• avoiding mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt
• adopting gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp.

Directions:Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily.
Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
Do not take while pregnant or breastfeeding.
