Hot Elixir: Mix 1 packet with one cup (240 ml) hot water.

Iced Elixir: Mix 1 packet with 3/4 cup (180 ml) warm water, add ice and let chill.

Optional: Add in non-dairy milk and a touch of maple syrup.
