Coffee is so energising because it stimulates the central nervous system and adrenal glands. Combining this with the more balanced cellular energy support of cordyceps mushroom can result in balanced stimulation while using only half of the amount of caffeine normally found in coffee!

Hot Coffee: Mix 1 packet with one cup (240 ml) hot water.

Iced Coffee: Mix 1 packet with 3/4 cup (180 ml) warm water, add ice and let chill.

Optional: Add in non-dairy milk, coconut oil or cinnamon.
