What is Yucca?
Yucca is a popular herb from a shrub which grows in the southwest U.S. deserts. It has been used by Native American herbalists for hundreds of years for relief from arthritis symptoms and is used to support joint health. Yucca has anti-inflammatory properties and is a powerful antioxidant. Yucca contains chemicals that might reduce swelling. Yucca is rich in steroid saponins. It is traditionally used for cleaning the colon and regulating colonic bacteria, as it is believed to have powerful antifungal and antibacterial properties.

Each capsule contains Yucca (Yucca spp.) (Root) (4:1 Concentrate) 1g (1000mg)

Suggested Usage:  Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily
