Active Ingredients:Per ServingPotassium 365mg    (from Potassium Chloride)  Dosage:Adults: 1/8 Teaspoon (approx. 0.7 g) Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings. Do not exceed 3 servings per day.  Warnings: Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking any medications (especially those that may affect kidney function or blood potassium levels), or have a medical condition (especially heart/kidney condition or diabetes).
