Ingredients:

Sambucus nigra (black elderberry) Equiv. to dry fresh fruit juice 2850mg Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 250mg Zinc (as gluconate) 3mg Gelatin capsule, calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium stearate, silica, cellulose microcrystaline, croscarmellose sodium. No added lactose, gluten, yeast, dairy or artificial colours or flavours.

Intensive Use: (12 years and older) 2 capsules 2 times per day. General Immune Support: 1 capsule a day, or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
