Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers Tea.

SUGGESTED USE: Serving size - 1 teaspoon per cup. Water temperature - 100°C Steeping time - 2 - 10 minutes.  Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired. Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
