Rosehips are the colourful, edible fruits of the rose plant, and have been used as a herbal remedy for centuries. They contain Vitamins A, E & C, so are anti-oxidant  and nourish the immune system. They are also anti-inflammatory and can have a beneficial effect on the heart and cholesterol levels. Rosehip tea has a delicate, floral and fruity flavour that’s slightly sweet and tart. Enjoy hot or cold!

Serving size - 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup

Water temperature - 100°C

Steeping time - 2 - 10 minutes

* Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.

* Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste.    

The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
